3. Candidate selection and validation :
We select candidates initially from their CV and motivation letter : chosen candidates are met by our consultants for interview and tests. We communicate to you the candidate files including those essential elements for your decision making :
Curriculum Vitae, motivation letter, copies of diplomas, former company reference cross checks and an objective and rational evaluation. We organise presentation of your chosen candidates.
4. Final decision and candidate integration :
Following the different interviews and once your final candidate selection, he/she will be accompanied by our consultant until successful conclusion of the trial period. The object is to pursue our quest for quality during this crucial stage of company integration.
