1. Reception and handling of your candidature
Upon receipt of your candidature and with your agreement, your CV details are integrated into our data base to enable a follow up and traceability of your personal dossier.
Your professional cursus and details of your past experience are thus studied and compared with the qualifications required for the position for which you have applied.
In the same manner, should you decide to go ahead with a spontaneous candidature your CV will be held onto for future job offers which may reply to your expectations.
2. Contact / Opportunity presentation
Your profile corresponds to the job on offer … one of our consultants will telephone you to for an initial discussion. The object is to present you with the job profile and description of its principal mission, the technical environment and general context.
3. Rendezvous for individual interview
The job and your professional aspirations are in perfect correlation…. The same consultant will set a mutually convenient date for your personal interview.
4. Recruitment interview
The interview lasts for about one hour and is dedicated to the presentation of your cursus and review of the highlights of your professional experience with regard to the job on offer.
At the same moment your competencies and life skills will be evaluated.
Our consultant will pay attention to presenting you with the job in detail and describe the functional environment of the customer company and that of its internal organisation.
Depending on the job description, you may be asked to answer a technical test of about 40 minutes’ duration.
5. CV transfer to customer
Following candidate selections after interviews, providing your profile corresponds to the job on offer and you have confirmed your interest for the post available, our consultant will send your CV and his interview report to the final customer.
For greater reactivity your file will be transferred the very day or at latest the day following your interview.
6. Customer interview
Your file has been accepted … your consultant will contact you to arrange interviews with the customer company staff and its HR department.
Should we detect areas for improvement for your customer interview, we will organise coaching with you, either face to face or over the telephone to give you the best possible chance of success.
7. Accompaniment and integration
You have successfully passed the interview !…. we remain at your side to accompany you during your trial period until your taking up post. We organise regular updating and informal lunches for mutual evaluation of your progress.
